Guiliani's press secretary has a reporter arrested for asking questions that he doesn't like after a debate. MS gives a guy an award for a tool he wrote… then threatens legal action if he continues to offer it. There are two thoughts here: (1) Don't deal with the devil. (2) MS is so big that one group doesn't know what the other group is doing. Both are probably true.
