Okay, so on Thursday, SCO got a $50 million investment from an investment company. On Friday, an article was posted suggesting that Microsoft is responsible. The investment company says that MS isn't. If Microsoft is investing in SCO, it makes sense – anything MS can do to try and kill Linux in any way possible [...]

But instead I'm playing with crypto: http://enigmail.mozdev.org/thunderbird.html It's an extension for Mozilla/Thunderbird which allows you to use OpenPGP (embodied in GnuPG) or S/MIME to send email. I've used GnuPG before, but not S/MIME. It looks like it does a certificate-based encryption, like SSL. Not sure, though. Need to go to bed now.
